Was a great app. I used it on my Macbook Pro for years with a subscription. But in the past year, it has had many issues. Slow and unresponsive now and sometimes lose recent notes. I reached out to customer service multiple times, and they only responded once with nothing helpful. I will cancel the subscription and find another app. It is a shame because this app had everything and an excellent, simple interface.
very nice app / extension.....has many options, does not delete when quit. Has highlighters, text colors, and different bullet marks …..absolutely loved it.
Now it just... won't open. It's a blank white screen when I click it. I genuinely don't know what to do. If someone has a fix, please tell me. Potentially months of notes... are completely inaccessible now It also did this annoying thing, where it wouldn't save the things I typed after exiting out and reopening sometimes. One moment you're typing out paragraphs, close out for a sec, and then OOP, it's all gone. Free users don't have a "back restore" function either. So if you accidentally erase too much of what you're typing, then it's too bad.

I loved it and it was very helpful, but now it won't open, truly for me a 5 star extension since its simple and what I was looking for, but now it won't open so idk what to do. Was good but may not work and useless at that point
After logging in on other device the notes are not there, what's the point of log in?
It does nothing, I think i just gave access to my informations.
